    Year 10 Vaccinations

    April 28 - April 29

The free meningococcal vaccinations will be held on 28th and 29th April at school. Although this disease is treatable with antibiotics, the infection can progress very rapidly. Vaccination against meningococcal disease is the best way to prevent the disease. Please get a paper copy of the consent form from student services click on the link here http://healthywa.wa.gov.au/Schoolimmunisations or scan the QR code on the poster outside room 701. Students receiving vaccinations are to wear their sports uniform, encouraged to have breakfast and bring their drink bottle with them on the day. Sue James Community Health Nurse
